Who We're Looking For
As a key member of our field crew, you'll be on the front lines, operating specialized hydro-vac equipment to safely expose and identify underground utilities. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and has a strong commitment to safety.
What we'd love to see:
Prior Experience is a huge plus. If you've operated vac trucks, hydro-excavation equipment, or other heavy machinery, you'll hit the ground running. Tell us about your experience!
Knowledge of Underground Utilities. If you know what you're looking for and have an understanding of gas, electric, water, or telecom lines, you're a step ahead.
A Valid Driver's License. A CDL is a major advantage, but a willingness to obtain one is just as valuable.
A Strong Safety Mindset. We work in a high-risk environment, and we never compromise on safety. We need someone who is always alert and follows every protocol.
If you don't have experience, that's okay! We are looking for people who are:
Hardworking and Physically Capable. This is a demanding job. You'll be working in all weather conditions and need the strength and stamina to handle manual labor and operate equipment.

Vac Truck Operator / Laborer
Utility Locator
Your expertise will be the foundation of every project. You'll be the eyes on the ground, using advanced equipment to accurately locate and mark underground utilities, ensuring the safety of our team and the public.
What we'd love to see:
Experience with Locating Equipment. If you have a background in using cable and pipe locators, ground-penetrating radar (GPR), or other locating tools, you're an ideal candidate.
Ability to Read Blueprints and Maps. The ability to interpret schematics, utility prints, and site plans is a critical skill for this role.
Exceptional Attention to Detail. The slightest miscalculation can have serious consequences. We need someone who is meticulous and precise in their work.
